L’Île-des-Sœurs, March 13, 2023 –The QPAREB is very pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume LaBarre as Chief Executive Officer. He officially begins his duties today.
Guillaume is a recognized leader who has in-depth experience in the associative sector. He has held the position of managing director for the Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 2018. Previously, he acted as managing director and secretary for the Ordre des agronomes du Québec for five years. “These experiences gained in associative environments will be beneficial in his new role at the QPAREB,” says Marc Lacasse, President of the Board of Directors of the QPAREB.
Guillaume has an entrepreneurial mindset, as he owned his own greenhouse production business in the Charlevoix region for about 10 years.
“I’m delighted to join the team at the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers. I am convinced that not only will I be able to help in promoting the profession, but that the organization will also help me to grow”, said Mr. LaBarre.
