The Association’s Market Analysis Department is Quebec’s authority in the analysis of residential real estate data. In addition to publishing detailed monthly, quarterly and annual statistics, the Department produces several reports, including the Residential Real Estate Market Barometer. The Barometer is a quarterly publication offering detailed market analyses that include key activity indicators such as sales, listings, median prices and average days on market. An analysis is provided for each of Quebec’s metropolitan areas.
