L’Île-des-Sœurs, November 9, 2020 – The Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB) is proud to be celebrating the success of the sixth edition of its Forum immobilier commercial, which took place on November 4. This first virtual edition of the event, which is exclusive to QPAREB members, set a new attendance record, as it brought together nearly 375 passionate real estate brokers from across Quebec, both from the regions and from larger cities.

This event was developed with the QPAREB’s Commercial Group, a province-wide group that regularly organizes training and networking activities to help commercial brokers keep their knowledge up to date and develop their network of contacts.

During this period of change, the real estate market is experiencing a unique year both in terms of sales, which will set a new record, and in terms of the practice, which has been turned upside down.

“We would like to thank all the speakers for their dynamic and substantive presentations on current topics and issues facing the profession. Commercial real estate will have to adjust and innovate, and commercial real estate brokers will have an important role to play with real estate owners, tenants, investors, merchants, manufacturers, developers and entrepreneurs in order to contribute to the recovery of Quebec’s economic activity,” said Diane Sabourin, president of the Commercial Group. “The Forum helps to position brokers as agents of change in the rapidly evolving commercial real estate market.”
